What:
A Deepings Arts fundraising car boot sale is to be held on the Glebe Field opposite Tesco’s on Godsey Lane from 8.30pm – 2.30pm on Sunday August 23rd.
(set up from 8am)
Space is available at £5 per car or small van pre-booked and £6 on the day. Trade stands and caterers are welcome at negotiable pre-booked site fees. A voluntary donation is requested from adult visitors.
A friendly car boot surrounded by houses in a small market town. Next to a popular children's play area and large BMX track. A large double field with firm level grass and plenty of off-road public parking.
For the first time we are able to invite one each icecream vendor and a hot food caterer to this event. Must be Environmental Health licensed. Pre-booked at £30 each.
Small trade stands will also be welcome on a pre-booked basis (only one of each product line) at £15 per pitch.
First come - first served. Pre-booking is advised.
Customer toilets available in supermarket opposite.
